Mary Marg Helgenberger (born November 16 1958) is a famous American actor from the United States. She began her career in the 1980s, and first came to attention because of her role as Siobhan Ryan on the soap opera daytime Ryan's Hope from 1982 to the year 1986. Her most well-known character was Catherine Willows, a CBS procedural crime drama. Crime Scene Investigation (2000-13) and the subsequent TV movie Immortality (2015). Vegas (present-day) was the sequel to the original. Helgenberger is also known for her portrayal of K.C. The actress won an Emmy Award in 1990 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Drama Series for her performance in the role of Koloski in China Beach, an ABC Drama China Beach from 1988 to 1991. The show also featured her in TV Series Under the Dome & Intelligence, the Films Species (1995), Species II (2000) Erin Brockovich (2000) as well as Mr. Brooks (2007).
